Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Amazon Sheds Inc. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All sheds and structures are custom-built to customer specifications. Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

2. Payment Terms
A deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance must be paid prior to delivery. Failure to complete payment may delay delivery.

3. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and typically range from 4 to 6 weeks. Delivery dates are subject to weather, production schedules, and site readiness.

4. Site Preparation
The customer is solely responsible for:
- Preparing the site
- Marking utilities (811)
- Providing clear access for delivery
- Removing obstacles (fences, trees, debris, etc.)

If delivery cannot be completed due to site conditions, additional fees may apply.

5. Failed Delivery / Redelivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues, a redelivery fee (typically $500 or more) may apply.

6. Permits & HOA Approval
The customer is responsible for obtaining all permits and HOA approvals. Amazon Sheds Inc. is not responsible for permit delays, denials, or compliance issues.

7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Within 10 days: subject to a cancellation fee
- After 10 days or once production has started: higher cancellation fees apply
All cancellation fees are deducted from the deposit.

8. Warranty
A limited warranty is provided upon full installation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or modifications by third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability
Amazon Sheds Inc. is not responsible for:
- Ground settling or leveling issues
- Damage caused by site conditions
- Delays outside of our control

10. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the State of Florida. By purchasing, you waive the right to a jury trial.

11. Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
