Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Amazon Sheds Inc., all products are custom-built. Please review our policy carefully:

1. Deposits
Deposits are required to begin production and are generally non-refundable once production has started.

2. Cancellations
- Within 10 days of purchase: a cancellation fee will apply and the remaining balance may be refunded.
- After 10 days:
- Stock units: cancellation fees apply
- Custom-built units: higher cancellation fees apply
All cancellation fees are deducted from the deposit.

3. Order Changes
Changes to orders must be requested in writing and may result in additional costs or delays.

4. Delivery Issues
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Inaccessible site
- Unsafe conditions
- Failure to prepare site

A redelivery fee (typically $500 or more) will be charged.

5. No Refunds After Delivery
Once the shed has been delivered and accepted, no refunds will be issued.

6. Disputes
Customers agree to resolve disputes according to the Terms and Conditions, including arbitration where applicable.
